Nancy M.
Bell was born in Corsicana, Texas on October 13, 1971. She
received her B.S. in Business Administration and Sociology from the
University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate from
South Texas College of Law in 1998.
Ms. Bell is a
member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before
all State Courts in Texas, the Federal District Courts for the
Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Supreme
Court.
Ms. Bell is also
a member of the Houston Bar Association, Defense Research Institute,
Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and Women’s Energy Network,
Society of Professional Women in Petroleum, and Texas Independent
Producers and Royalty Owners Association. Ms. Bell is the co-author
of “Duty to Warn of Dangers Associated with Another Manufacturer’s
Products: Threshold Issue for the Court”,

Ms. Bell has
been a practicing litigator for over 8 years, with a primary focus on
environmental, products liability, real estate, toxic tort,
bankruptcy, and general civil litigation.
